We only envisage cancelling the race through force majeure, extreme weather or on the advice of the emergency services. Please keep an eye on the website as we'll be publishing any cancellation notices there as soon as we can.
In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled, we reserve the right to either offer you a free entry into a later event or retain a reasonable amount of the entry fee to cover our costs and return the balance to you. The choice of this will be at our discretion.
