No one likes to cancel a race, but in the interests of runner safety or circumstances beyond our control, this sometimes is nescessary.
Normally we will only cancel the race due to bad weather if conditions underfoot mean that it is unsafe to run. This will usually include snow and ice. Rain will not stop the race unless the course is impassable by flooding.
If the conditions are at all uncertain, please be sure to check back on this website in the last couple of days (or even hours) before the race and we will keep you updated with the latest information. If you sign up on the race mailing list we will also send out emails if we need to cancel the race.
In the event of race cancellation our terms are outlined in our cancellation policy.
