Your Personal Information

We hold the information you give us on computer purely for the purposes of race administration, results publication and to notify you about future 26.2 Road Runners events. We keep your entry details from previous races to enable us to process current race entries more efficiently. We will NOT pass on your details to any 3rd Parties.

Race Results

We will publish some of your personal details as part of the results service, normally your name, gender, club afilliation (if any), age band and finish time. This information will be widely circulated.

Valentines 10k Mailing List

You may sign up for our Valentines 10k mailing list using the links provided. You may unsubscribe at any time and links to do this are included in every mailing.

Race Photography

You may be photographed during the event by our Official Photographer or Club Members and these images may be published either in the local press or on the internet.

Gift Aid

If you checked the Gift Aid box, we will forward your contact details to the British Heart Foundation so that they can reclaim the Tax from the Inland Revenue.
